I recently signed onto a sorta business venture, however, the thing that's got me to sign on was the product itself.... It's called "Natra Burst"..... When I read about the product, it sound like a healthy item that could benefit my diet.... After taking it, I noticed immediate changes going on in my body.... I'm only on Day 2 and instantly, I've had two energy-filled days..... I've also had bathroom relief after each meal that I took in (which is so far from my norm, however, which I heard should occur)..... I will keep updating anything other benefits I notice.... Here is a link to the site (this is the page which tells of the ingredients and benefits).... http://trinityforlife.124online.com/fru/pg/38604/default.aspx

Be Prepared
I realize, that one of the things that makes my veganhood easy to adapt to, beside my strong feeling against animal suffering, is being prepared.... This even includes lunch during my work week.... While there are a couple places I can get food from near my job (one of them is even a vegan restaurant), I tend to eat the same thing all the time and after a while get bored... Not to mention eating out daily can become costly.... So, I started preparing multiple vegan-friendly food items that will take me through the week, causing me to spend less money, have variety and feel a sense of accomplishment for actually cooking.... LOL.... Some of my favorites tend to stretch, and I usually make enough to share with my daughter, who's vegetarian....
I make an awesome spaghetti sauce (which I also eat over brown rice).... And if I throw some corn in the mix, it becomes a completely different meal...
This is my vegan spaghetti.... Made with veggie ground sausage, "Field Roast Italian Sausage" and an organic veggie spaghetti sauce...
This is "Barilla Whole Grain Spaghetti".... The only brand I've found so far, that's made without dairy....
I haven't rid myself of processed foods yet, I love convenience.... LOL.... This is a vegan "Field Roast Meatloaf" with Honey BBQ sauce... YUMO!!!!!!!!!!!!.... LOL
This was my first attempt at vegan mac & cheese.... I used Barilla Whole Wheat pasta thingies, "Daiya" vegan shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese (suggested to me by the guy at whole foods), almond milk, and Earth Balance vegan butter (supposed to be) spread.... LOL... I say that about the Earth Balance, because I was addicted to butter (would have been my cause of death... LOL) and nothing tastes like it... LOL

Fusion Adventure
Here is a yummy dish that I enjoyed at "b.b.go Fusion Rice Bar" located at 20 S. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA.... A mixture of cold and hot foods... Interesting and very tasty.... (Rice, mushrooms, bean sprouts & another sprout, (2 kindza) greens, carrots & tofu).... The next time I go, I will get brown rice instead of white... *wink* *smile*.....
My First Raw Food Adventure
Introduction: Hey guys, I'm Trinity!!!!!!!!.... I became a vegetarian on April 17, 2009.... And on September 4, 2010, I took the full plunge into veganhood!!!!!!!!!!!.... I must say, it is an adventure.... My life, body and thinking are being transformed... I had thought about becoming a vegetarian for many years, for health reasons, however, I never had the willingness to follow through (even though I had NOT eaten beef or pork for 17 years at that time)... After meeting and talking with a friend whom I attending Buddhism classes with, we had a discussion about why Buddhist Monks were vegetarians.... He told me it was because of animal suffering and that they didn't want to cause harm... That made complete since to me, and a week later, I was a vegetarian..... *smile*..... Since that moment, I have become more conscious of the foods I eat, the products I purchase and I have become more environment conscious.... I now care about taking care of our beautiful planet... I even have a garden, which I am getting better at... Last year, everything I planted died.... This year, my plants are beautiful, and I share my time with them.... *smile*.... Now I became a vegetarian, and I was a person who did not eat a lot of vegetables.... So at first, I pulled gazillion tofu recipes off the web... I made tofu everything.... Tofu filet fish, tofu stroganoff, tofu stir fry, tofu burgers, etc.... And I became a lil tofu puffy too.... LOL.... Later, I moved on to a lot of the processed vegetarian products.... I started to realize, I was not making the healthiest food choices, even with being a vegetarian.... Since then, well actually, after I became vegan, I've learned to make better choices... Especially, since a lot of the vegetarian processed foods became off limits as they contained dairy products.... Today, I eat a lot more vegetables... I've stopped saying I don't like stuff before I've tried it.... I do a lot more cooking..... I eat a lot of beans (all kinds).... I never felt different during the 17 years after I stopped eating beef and pork.... I never felt different after I had become a vegetarian for over a year (actually, that's not totally true, I was an insomiac for over 17th years, and after I became a vegetarian, I no longer had to take over-the-counter-sleep meds).... However, after becoming a vegan, my body began to feel different immediately.... I had more natural energy.... My eyes were even brighter.... There was just something about me that felt better physically and definitely mentally.... So there you have it.... How the adventure began.... Welcome to the world of Trinity..... LOL.... *smile*..
