My daughter took me to "VEDGE" for my birthday... This restaurant is fairly new (well, it's location, name and theme)... The owners previously had another vegan restaurant that was called "Horizon"... As per the waitress, "VEDGE" offers more plant based items (rather than vegan substitutes)... The did not disappoint.... Everything was exquisitely YUMO!!!!!!!!....
