Adventures in Juicing....



I love juicing... You pack in loads of nutrients in a single drink... My latest concoction consists of collard greens, baby spinach, bok choi, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, banana, apple, kiwi, Emergen C (for vitamin C), and starting staring tomorrow, I will be adding Macca powder, ground flax and goji berry powder.... I love my journey!!!!!
